Access financial data using Adyen Essentials

Tebi partners with Adyen to securely process card payments. Adyen has a handy portal available called Essentials, which can provide you with additional information about card payments and financial data.

Access Adyen Essentials

To use Adyen Essentials:

  • Go to Adyen Essentials
  • Login with your credentials
    • Find you username in the Tebi Back Office > Account > Details
    • The account name is: TebiBv
  • Here you can view individual payments, prepayments, see received and scheduled payouts, and settle any payment disputes that may have taken place

Add users

Give other team members or your bookkeeper access to Adyen Essentials

  • Log into Adyen Essentials
  • Go to Users > Create new user
