We recommend you to walk through this check-list with managers and staff so they can familiarize themselves with the Tebi App.

Charge your devices

Charge terminals, tablets, screens and other devices to make sure everything is ready to use.

Place an order

Navigate to Menu (≡) and open Sales

Switch between the Sales Grid and the Floor Plan

Open a table and add a product

Add a name to the invoice

Move the invoice from one table to another

Search for a product using the search function

Switch between Sales Views

Change the number of products added to an order

Switch between Order and Summary View

Remove a product from the order

Remove all products from the order (Clear sale)

Add another product that is linked to the Prep station

Print a ticket for the Prep station (if you have a wired printer) or view it in the Digital Kitchen Display in Prep station (go to Menu (≡))

Apply a discount to the product

Apply a discount to the invoice

Add a note to the product

Complete a transaction

Split a payment by 2 or more guests

Complete a transaction by card or cash

Complete a transaction with other and multiple payment types

Print a customer invoice receipt from the wired printer or share the QR receipt on the screen
