Adding and setting up your Floor Plan
If you work with seating we recommended you add a Floor Plan. With a Floor Plan you can assign invoices to a table and see them on the Floor Plan where you place them.
To add a Floor Plan you’ll have to log into the Tebi Back Office.
After logging in you’ll have a tab with Floor Plan. Click on the tab to open the page.
Note: with each save the changes will be visible almost instantly.
Add a Floor Plan
To add a Floor Plan you take the following steps:
- Click Upload new image
- Select the image in the finder/explorer window that opens
- Click Open to upload the image
- Click Save to save the image as your Floor Plan
Add a area to the Floor Plan
To add a area take the following steps:
- Click on the areas tab
- Click on Add area
- Drag and adjust the rectangle that appears on the Floor Plan
- Type in a name for the area
- Click Save to save the area to your Floor Plan

To add a table take the following steps:
- Click on the Tables tab
- Click on Add table
- Drag and adjust the rectangle that appears on the Floor Plan
- Type in a name for the table
- Click Save to save the table to your Floor Plan
