Adding and setting up your Floor Plan

If you work with seating we recommended you add a Floor Plan. With a Floor Plan you can assign invoices to a table and see them on the Floor Plan where you place them.

To add a Floor Plan you’ll have to log into the Tebi Back Office.

After logging in you’ll have a tab with Floor Plan. Click on the tab to open the page.

Note: with each save the changes will be visible almost instantly.

Add a Floor Plan

To add a Floor Plan you take the following steps:

  1. Click Upload new image
  2. Select the image in the finder/explorer window that opens
  3. Click Open to upload the image
  4. Click Save to save the image as your Floor Plan

Add a area to the Floor Plan

To add a area take the following steps:

  1. Click on the areas tab
  2. Click on Add area
  3. Drag and adjust the rectangle that appears on the Floor Plan
  4. Type in a name for the area
  5. Click Save to save the area to your Floor Plan

  2. Click on Add table
  3. Drag and adjust the rectangle that appears on the Floor Plan
  4. Type in a name for the table
  5. Click Save to save the table to your Floor Plan
